Ken Brailsford
CEO
Ken Brailsford is the founder and CEO of KEB Enterprises. He has found throughout his life that he has a knack for bringing out the very best in people. He continues to help individuals, organizations, and companies realize their full potential.
Ken knows what it means to be a pioneer. He founded Nature’s Sunshine, Enrich International, and Zija International™; each designed to provide affordable nutrition. With Ken’s four decades of experience in building successful companies, it is no surprise Zija International™ was named the “Fastest Growing Company in Utah” by Utah Business Magazine. After passing on the torch at Zija, he began KEB Enterprises to promote the growth of companies and communities.
Outside of the office, Ken enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, their 6 children, 24 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He enjoys a good book to read and loves exploring new places.

Steve Brailsford
President
Steve Brailsford brings expansive leadership and management experience to KEB. As President, he oversees each portfolio company and investigates local companies for promising potential investments. Steve is a highly valued voice among top private equity firms.
Prior to working at KEB, Steve worked his way up at Zija International™ from Customer Service Manager to Director of Logistics and Operations. As Director, he oversaw all aspects of the supply chain and distributed product to over 50 countries. His experience at Zija taught him that a company works best if all management levels are connected.
Steve loves to escape—his favorite places to be are the water and the mountains. Steve is an avid scuba diver and also loves spending time with his family in the mountains (away from cell coverage). He is also a passionate cyclist and often commutes 12 miles to work on his bike. One of Steve’s dreams is to sail around the world, but first he needs to learn how!

Joel Hinz
CFO/COO
Joel brings over 25 years of financial and operations management experience to the organization. He is currently the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at KEB Enterprises.
Over his illustrious career, Joel has excelled at managing finances and operations. He has served as the CFO/COO for Zarbee’s Naturals, the VP Financial Planning and Analysis/Operations Controller for Schiff Nutrition International, and the Cost Accounting Manager for Boart Longyear.
Besides crunching numbers, Joel loves to spend time with his family. He makes sure they’re always doing something exciting whether it’s skiing in the famous Utah snow, riding jet skis on the lake, or driving ATVs in Southern Utah.

Sheri Brailsford Cutler
Vice President
Sheri Brailsford Cutler is the Vice President for KEB Enterprises. She oversees marketing for each portfolio company, regulates the work environment, serves as the point of contact for each employee, and makes sure that they are succeeding in their positions. She also aids in planning and logistics.
Prior to working at KEB, Sheri worked at Enrich International as a receptionist and later as Executive Administrative Assistant. She took a break from the corporate world for a few years, but returned to Zija International as a receptionist, moved up to HR Assistant, and worked her way up to HR Director.
When she’s not in meetings, you can find Sheri hiking, biking, kayaking, or traveling to a new place. Sheri enjoys spending time with her husband, five sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Kelly Brower
Controller
Kelly Brower is the Controller for KEB Enterprises. She oversees the accounting departments of the private equity firms portfolio companies. She implements and manages accounting processes to maintain consistency across all portfolio companies.
Kelly graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has spent many years bookkeeping and consulting for small companies from many industries.
When she’s not balancing the books, you can find Kelly spending time with her grandchildren, exploring a mountain trail in her bright purple Jeep, quilting in her craft room, or riding her motorcycle.
